As two matches have already been played today, in accordance with the official policy, refunds cannot be issued for purchased tickets.

However, in order to support our spectators, all ticket holders for April 2 will be able to use their tickets on April 3, 2026 as well. Access will be granted based on the existing ticket, and spectators may be reseated on-site, subject to availability.

Ticket Policy – Terms and Conditions

• All sales are final.
• No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
• Ticket and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Once a match has started, tickets are no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of withdrawals, injuries, or similar circumstances.
• The tournament reserves the right to move, reschedule, or adjust matches in accordance with the ATP World Tour, without this entitling ticket holders to a refund or exchange.
• In the event that the tournament or any session is postponed or canceled due to weather or other circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, tournament management will make reasonable efforts to accommodate single-session ticket holders at a later session, if available. However, Țiriac Open cannot guarantee ticket availability, equal-value exchanges, or comparable seating locations. All exchanges are final and no refunds will be issued.
• The Țiriac Open schedule of play is subject to change for all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange due to such changes.
